We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept
returns within 10 calendar days of receipt for refund on all catalog items. Custom orders are
non-refundable. All of products are made upon order, therefore we do not accept exchanges.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Please contact us at
with your invoice number, item name and reason for return. You
will receive an RAN (Return Authorization Number) via email. RAN numbers are valid for 10
calendar days from time of issuance, so promptly ship back the item. Please clearly mark the
RAN number on the outside of the package when shipping back to IVA. Please save your
original packaging until you are sure your order is damage free and correct. All returned items
must include original packing and materials.
Returns for reasons other than damaged or defective merchandise will result in a full refund less
return shipping fees and a 10% set up & handling fee. Products created in “The Lab” will result
in full refund less return shipping fess and a 15% custom set-up & handling fee. Please allow up
to 5 business days from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account
to be credited.
IVA recommends you save your tracking numbers on all returns and track your returns so that
you may confirm we have received your package. In addition, you may want to consider
insuring your return. We will not be responsible for the loss of any return that was not insured.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders are classified by any order
made outside the specifications outlined in our CATALOG or PHOTO-TO-CANVAS sections.
IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE please contact us at
within 5 business days to arrange for a replacement. We will
provide you with a pre-paid packing slip. Please send items back in the original packing
materials. Your new item(s) will arrive within 10 business days from time we receive your
damaged or incorrect merchandise.
ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS must be made within 24 hours after the time that the order has
been placed. If your order has been processed prior to receiving your cancellation, then the
rules for returns will apply.
